Gwinnett Technical College is one college with two campuses. Conveniently located in Lawrenceville at 5150 Sugarloaf Parkway, and also at Alpharetta-North Fulton at 2875 Old Milton Parkway. Visit the Student Recruitment Office at either campus without an appointment. Stop at the front desk to check-in and a student recruiter can answer questions and help you with the admissions application.  Hours are: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:45 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 3:45 pm.

Campus Tours: Lawrenceville

Our Lawrenceville campus offers tours every other week starting at 230pm.  The tour day is aligned with the Academic Division. 

Each tour begins with a 20-minute information session covering topics such as admissions requirements and financial aid, followed by a guided group tour of the academic division area.

Campus Tours: Alpharetta-North Fulton

Our Alpharetta-North Fulton campus offers tours on each Wednesday from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Each tour begins with a 20-minute information session covering topics such as admissions requirements and financial aid, followed by a guided group tour of the Alpharetta North-Fulton campus. Virtual Information Sessions

Join us for a WebEx based information session, every other Monday at 10:00am.  This session is designed for the following student types:

  • New First Time College Student (not attended college before or attended as a Dual Enrollment student in high school)
  • Transfer Student (attended a college other than Gwinnett Technical College previously)
  • Re-Admit (attended Gwinnett Technical College previously)
  • Transient Student (currently attending another college/university and wish to take a course at Gwinnett Technical College).  

Sessions are approximately 30 minutes of information followed by a Q&A.  Registration is required.  You will receive the secure link for the session within one-hour prior to the start time.

Dual Enrollment Virtual Information Sessions

We offer two WebEx information sessions to cover Dual Enrollment (students who are taking college classes while still enrolled in high school). Topics include admissions, eligibility, funding, and how the program works. Each session lasts about 30 minutes, followed by a Q&A.

  • Public and private school students/parents can attend on the second Tuesday of each month at 4 PM.
  • Home-study students/parents can attend on the third Thursday of each month at 4 PM.

Registration is required.  You will receive the secure link for the session within one-hour prior to the start time. 

Group Tours for High Schools or Other Organizations

Group tours are designed for 10 or more high school students in grades 10 – 12, or for a group of adults. Tours begin with a 25-minute information session, followed by a 60-80 minute walking tour of campus.
