Gwinnett Technical College’s Enrollment Advisement Services provide assistance for students from acceptance until graduation. Students are assigned an Enrollment Advisement Team dedicated to providing knowledgeable advice in the areas of program coursework, financial aid, student records, and graduation. Enrollment Advisement Teams can be reached by email, phone, or by scheduling an appointment for an on-campus, phone, or WebEx meeting.

Pre-Advisement Checklist
- Read Acceptance Email(s) and visit the Accepted Students page for information about getting started after acceptance.
- Attend Orientation
- Await the evaluation of your transcripts for Transfer Credit.
- Submit FAFSA – Submit your FAFSA online at www.studentaid.gov. For information, please read our Financial Aid page.
