If you are a current student – Begin your transcript order by logging into your Banner Web account. Official transcripts are issued on security paper, or in a secure electronic format, and cannot be faxed. 

If you are a former student OR are having issues accessing your Banner Web account –  Please place an order for your transcript from Parchment, our third-party processing company.

Transcripts will not be issued for individuals who have an outstanding balance or unfulfilled obligation to the college.

The standard processing fee for each transcript, in either format (secure electronic or security paper), is $10.00.

If you would like to view or print your unofficial transcript and are a current student, you can go to your Banner Web account. 

Effective Fall 2017, Gwinnett Technical College will no longer offer the 1st transcript request free of charge.
