Facility Rental Form
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Gwinnett Technical College.
All requests for event spaces go through an approval process to determine feasibility and the impact on our campus. Students, faculty, staff, and departmental groups have priority when making space requests.
Requests from non-college groups will be accepted up to 3 months in advance of the date(s) requested. If the desired space is available and there are no pending requests from on-campus groups, requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that requests should be made in advance, as we are unable to accommodate same-month or last-minute bookings. Please fill out the form below to get started with booking.
