Gwinnett Technical College Strengthens Leadership with Four New Board Members

GWINNETT – Gwinnett Technical College proudly announces the addition of four new members to its Board of Directors: Natalie Cho of Missy Cosmetics, Brandon Hartley, Director of External Affairs for AT&T, Matthew Hunt, Founder of C2H Air and Electric, and Albert Sorto, Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for RudHil.

These new board members will actively support Gwinnett Technical College’s programs, facilities, and workforce development initiatives. “I am delighted to welcome Natalie, Brandon, Albert, and Matthew to our board,” said Dr. D. Glen Cannon, President of Gwinnett Technical College. “Their extensive knowledge and expertise will significantly benefit the Gwinnett Tech community and help us meet the evolving demands of the workforce.”

About the New Board Members:

  • Natalie Cho owns Missy Cosmetics, a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience bringing Korean skincare to Georgia. Missy Cosmetics is Atlanta’s go-to destination for Korean beauty products. Additionally, Natalie operates Goodtimes Distribution, a leading supplier of Korean alcohol to licensed establishments. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Diploma in Cosmetology from Gwinnett Technical College.
  • Brandon Hartley serves as AT&T’s Director of External Affairs for AT&T and liaises between the company and its communities. Brandon resolves issues, builds key relationships, and fosters good business and community relations. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Lander University.
  • Matthew Hunt founded C2H Air and Electric in Lawrenceville, GA. A licensed professional engineer, mechanical contractor, and electrical contractor, Matthew dedicates himself to teamwork, excellent communication, and continuing education in technical skills. He was born and raised in Gwinnett County.
  • Albert Sorto is Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at RudHil Companies, LLC, Georgia’s only minority-certified, women-owned commercial real estate brokerage firm. With over 20 years of experience, Albert builds strong relationships across multiple industries, drives economic growth, and fosters strategic alliances. He holds leadership roles with various community organizations, including the Gwinnett County Government Community Outreach and the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association.
