Become one of the creative minds behind computer programs and gaming software, or learn to develop applications for specific tasks on a computer or another device, with the Gwinnett Tech Game Development program!

The Game Development Degree is a sequence of courses designed to provide students with an understanding of the concepts, principles, and techniques required to develop computer games. Game development refers to the process of creating a video or computer game, from the initial conception of the idea all the way to the quality assurance and testing stage, after which the game will be ready for mass production and distribution.

Gwinnett Tech’s Game Development program is offered during the fall, spring, and summer semesters at our Lawrenceville and Alpharetta-North Fulton campuses. The program is full-time, and classes are scheduled during the day, in the evening, or online. Students may begin the program during the fall, spring, or summer semesters.
