Gwinnett Tech Foundation Appoints Two New Trustees

GWINNETT – NORTH FULTON – The Gwinnett Tech Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Bridwell, Georgia Banking Company, and Norma Hepburn-Brown, WellStar North Fulton Hospital, to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

Bridwell and Hepburn-Brown will join the Board of Trustees in their work to advance support for Gwinnett Technical College’s program and facilities, student scholarships, and faculty and staff development.

“We are pleased to welcome two new trustees with the talent, experience, and desire to serve as Jennifer and Norma. Each has an exemplary background in community outreach and support for educational attainment. We look forward to having their total commitment and service to the Gwinnett Tech Foundation,” stated Chuck McKinnon, Vice President of Communications.

Jennifer Bridwell has been in the banking industry for 26 years. After graduating from Georgia State University, Bridwell worked for BrandBank and Renasant Bank for 26 years. Bridwell is currently the Gwinnett Market President and Relationship Manager with Georgia Banking Company. Bridwell’s banking experience includes financing and managing a loan portfolio of over $200 million and over $50 million in deposit accounts. Her community service experience includes holding an active position for four years with the Gwinnett Development Fund Committee to benefit Partnership Against Domestic Violence and working with the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce on their membership drives.

Norma Hepburn-Brown currently serves as the interim vice president, Chief Nursing Officer (Interim) for WellStar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia. Hepburn-Brown’s experience includes more than 35 years of nursing experience across the southeast. Hepburn-Brown is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the American College for Healthcare Executive. She is also a Board of Trustee for the Ronald McDonald House.
