Mission Statement
The mission of the Assessment Center at Gwinnett Technical College (GTC) is to provide customer-focused testing services and resources in an environment that is conducive to producing the best possible testing outcomes for our customers. The Assessment Center strives to offer world-class testing support through the use of advanced technologies, highly trained testing specialists, relevant exams and most of all excellence in customer service. Our commitment extends, not only to our students, customers and the community, but is also reflected in the way we lead. We are confident that our leadership in technical career assessment is helping to build a strong and competitive workforce for our community and globally. We adhere to the National College Testing Association’s (NCTA) Professional Standards and Guidelines.
