How to reconfigure Outlook

How to update your Outlook profile for Office 365:

  1. If you left Outlook open, it will likely have a pop-up box asking you to confirm your username & password. Do not enter your credentials here, instead close this box and exit the Outlook application completely.
  2. Click here: Config365 to download the “MessageOps Config365” application.
  3. Launch the application and enter your Gwinnett Tech e-mail address, password, and make sure to check the “Attach existing PST files” (even if you don’t use any) checkbox.
  4. Click “Configure”.

 5. Launch Outlook and enter your email address and password when prompted for credentials within Outlook.

NOTE: If you previously used multiple Outlook profiles (not to be confused with having access to multiple e-mail addresses), contact I.T. for assistance in setting the additional profiles back up.
